Eye charger. Exercise to restore vision

eye exercises to restore vision

Every time after waking up, we always realize that our vision is not better, but worse than usual! As soon as we get out of bed, wash ourselves, organize ourselves, because an increase in vision is observed.

With what can it be connected? This is mainly due to the fact that the eye muscles always need training to restore vision after a long sleep. The ideal option is a morning exercise for the eyes. It has been scientifically proven that the eye muscles do not relax directly during sleep. Of course, many of you have observed short -term eye movements in people who are sleeping. But the fact is that the muscles capable of controlling the curvature of the eyeball do not respond to the command of consciousness.

And while our consciousness is inactive, the eye muscles are not asleep, they continue to be in constant tension, as it is controlled by the brain center that is awake during sleep.

This is where the whole difficulty lies in getting the eye muscles to relax or tighten, depending on the type of vision correction needed. For such cases, special exercises for the eyes (gymnastics for the eyes) have been developed.

Moreover, there is an appropriate time to act on the eye muscles. By the time our body is awake, it is recommended not to miss this opportunity and do exercises to restore lower vision, which will not take much time, but will fully prepare your eye muscles for work. .
